I'm pretty sure that I have the best vision care provider. Ever. If for no other reason than that they have an application on their website that let's you create your own eye chart! Simply plug in up to 61 letters (numbers and punctuation will not appear) and voilà, you have your own customized chart! I think this is the perfect b-day card for my dad, who turned 60 today. How's Your Vision?
