Stopped in at Cost Plus World Market today and discovered their Adirondack collection - available in an assortment of spectacular summer colors, including the most perfect shade of aqua (the above photo doesn't do the color justice). I may just have to break down and buy a pair. After all, I need something to lounge on while drinking sangria this summer - and I never drink alone.

Step Up to the Plate

I'm a sucker for various shades of blue, particularly the turquoise variety like that found on the Regent Wide Band Dinnerware collection from Crate and Barrel. Combine turquoise with gold and white and I'm drooling - it doesn't even matter what you put on the plate! Too bad I just got a new set of dishes not too long ago.

I Heart Pantone 15-5519

I've had a thing for Pantone 15-5519 (aka turquoise) long before Pantone announced that it was the 2010 color of the year. Still, if Pantone's announcement means there will be an onslaught of products in the vibrant hue, I'm okay with that. Here are just a couple items in the totally covetable color:
