Over this past weekend I visited some friends in the East Bay, where I did a little perusing of the shops on College Avenue in Oakland. In one shop (which name escapes me), I discovered the above dishes by clay artist Rae Dunn. The dishes feature simple graphics and words, like "i will treasure every moment" and "tell me where you're going." The SF-based artist/designer has two lines: Rae Dunn and Rae Dunn by Magenta. The former includes pieces all handmade by the artist, while the later is a line designed by Dunn and manufactured elsewhere. Check out Rae Dunn's Esty shop and her line for Magenta - both include adorable clay works.
